Violating this will result in the guest being fully liable for any damage resulting from it. Damage Policy \~ Guests are required to purchase a Damage Insurance Policy through Rental Guardian at the time of booking. Guests will be charged for any and all damage not covered by the Rental Guardian Insurance Policy and/or any damage deductibles for covered items by the Rental Guardian Damage Insurace Policy purchased at the time of reservation. Reservation Payments \~ 50% of the total reservation is due at the time of booking Payment in full is due and will be automatically charged 30 days from arrival date. Cancellation Policy \~ Reservations may be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled at 14 or less days before arrival will not receive a refund. Total reservation payment will be forfeited. Early departure or shortened stay does not warrant a refund.
