Bright and tastefully decorated spacious top floor unit with vaulted ceilings with mountain and lake views. Fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable deck furniture. Large deck to sit back and relax after an active day. Great location for all sporting events and for moving your students to or from GCU. \*Note that there is a video doorbell bell at the condo entrance and that the HOA does have security camera at the pool, tennis/pickleball courts and other locations.
