The condo includes two well-maintained bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and convenient hair dryers for your comfort. In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
There is a limit of 4 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 4 adults at any time.

Excellent Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. Although we didn't use the pool/hot tub they looked very nice and kept up. The location is also a big benefit. Very close to the airport, Biltmore, and Echo Canyon Trail. We will definitely consider this condo on our next trip to PHX. Thank you!

Comfortable bed, serviceable kitchen, all was in good working order. Advertised hot tub was cold, not in service. Totally fine stay.
