I think the only issue was the step-down about three feet from the front door into the house as you walk in. It was dark when we walked in that first night and had no idea the step was there. Rental process was easy to follow and check in was just as easy. I thought the cleaning fee was steep but apparently that’s the going rate these days. The location was convenient for us to be near family living in Central Phoenix. We did have an issue with heat not reaching the front bedroom.. I’m sure it had something to do with the vent but we just found extra blanket in the closet. Suggestions: It would be helpful to have hooks in bathroom to hang towels after use. A full length mirror somewhere would be nice as well. A dish rag, sponge or dish cleaning tool would be helpful.
