Remodeled in 2018 this home features one bedroom, with a queen bed, and one bath. Enjoy beautiful hardwood floors, warm accents and historic features, West Elm furniture and finishes, a large marble island, dining table, separate bar and living room during your stay. The backyard was redone in 2018 as well and features a large grass area, outdoor dining table (for 6), fire pit, citrus trees, and multiple sitting areas perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. ## Property amenities ### Internet - Renting the property is easy and quick. Great communication from Stephanie, who responds quickly to messages. It appears as if she is always available when needed. We even called her when we were getting into her home and she was available to guide us through the process! The home is very comfortable and contains everything you need for a weekend or in our case, for two weeks. Helpful instructions, (house manual) is provided to you ahead of time and is available on the property. This removes any stress that may be associated with living in a rental.
