A true family home, big enough for the whole gang. Located in the peaceful neighbourhood of Arcadia. The house isn't too far from the buzz of Phoenix and Old Town Scottsdale for a fun night out. Walk to La Grande Orange Grocery or Ingo's for delicious food, relax in the heated pool and gather around the spacious kitchen. WFH with fast wifi, fully equipped kitchen and flatscreen TV. The pool was great, the location was great. What wasn’t great was the intermittent hot water, the lack of water pressure in one shower made it useless. At first the property manager was very responsive then went silent till the end of our stay. There are loud clicking noises in all the walls throughout the night. So I assume there are some plumbing issues or something. So if you do stay here bring ear plugs or a noise machine. Overall, it did what it needed, but out of the handful of other rentals in the area that we’ve stayed at, this was our least favorite.
