The property itself was fine. One of the guests was drunk and making sexual comments, and I let the person in the office know. I didn't want the man saying anything to a child. The man in the office said the guy was probably joking and not to worry about it.

Very convenient for our purpose. Liked that the facility was dog friendly. The rooms for dogs were designed with no carpet. It worked out perfect for us and the dog.

Staff, especially Jesse, was great! Very helpful. Pool was really nice with a gated fence around it. Room was a little outdated, but nice enough for our stay. Back burner on stove didn’t work. Grab and go breakfast was great for something quick. Only thing is coffee wasn’t very warm but microwave in room helped that situation. But we would definitely go back.

Bad on me... I usually read many reviews before booking but was looking for something close to a venue and quickly booked. Our stay was not bad; however, rooms are run down. Bed was INCREDIBLY squeaky and hard (every move, incredible sound, feel sorry for anyone around us). Shower had clear visable mildew signs and stains on counters as well. Appreciated the hardwood flooring, which is ideal for traveling with a pet (which we were not). Bathroom window was cracked. For a company called "extended stay" it was humerous to find a 1 ounce shampoo for a 3 night booking for 2 people. Check in was fine. Although no one ahead of us, we were not greeted (no one at reception desk) for several minutes. Guest also had to provide identification, which seemed odd as everything was on my card and in my name. Overall, the room was fine, the price was ok, but this is definitely a dated location.

The room was extremely basic. It had the appearance of cleanliness but not the feel of it. From the Expedia listing, I was expecting something nicer. Also was not expecting it to have a room that opened to the outside, on a busy street, whose noise woke us up several times during the night. The neighborhood isn't that bad...but it felt like the hotel itself was a bad neighborhood. We had to request sheets for the pull out couch - there were none in the room. Overall it was fine. But just barely. I did not enjoy the stay.

Room was spacious, bed comfortable, a bit loud as it is on a busy street. Room could use some updating, but it was clean. Breakfast a bit sparse but at least there was one. Expensive, but I guess that’s par for the course on a weekend in Phoenix.

Unfortunately this property was not as expected. This is a motel not a hotel. They did not have any pillows and they did not provide any shampoo, conditioner, or soap. No wash cloths or extra towels and napkins. The windows only have black out drapes but no shades. This does not feel like an Extended Stay Hotel.

We were here 2 night, 2 nights NO SLEEP! Upstairs someone continues to bang on door for 2 straight nights and had music loud all night. The “continental breakfast” was instant oatmeal packets and packaged muffins. There was dried blood on our sheets. We called for an iron and they said they didn’t have any but had ironing boards in the rooms. And to top it off beds were very hard. If you have sciatic issues I say stay away. Bad experience.

No hair dryer and no kleenex and noisy. Room walls appear to not be insulated for noise. Don't advertise that there are hair dryers upon request when you don't have enough to go around. Front desk people were friendly.

Pool was under maintenance, bummer but not a huge deal- but then the room: Pull out bed had dirty towels and linens clearly left from a previous guest, and the nastiest stained mattress exposed. When I called the front desk I was met with major attitude instead of understanding. There was only one person working, so was told I had to remove the dirty sheets and towels myself and come down to the front desk if I wanted fresh bedding. I was not expecting much from this property, but wow was I disappointed with the staff and cleanliness of my unit.

bed's in the room where not a double. Couch in the room was very small. domestic abuse in the room right next to us will yelling and screaming all night so we got no sleep. Hotel would not reimburse us anything for that night with no sleep.

The beds were not comfortable and the hotel was really run down, I’m guessing that is because it was an extended stay hotel! It was convenient for the drive to the hospital, I would not book there again!!

Horrible gross ghetto
There were stains in the room everywhere. Looked like blood splatter on the ceiling. The whole room had a horrible stench. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and a man that was clearly on meth hanging out by the stairs. You could see the light from outside through the crack in the door from inside the room. A homeless person sleeping under the stairs when we left. My husband had a scab that he itched during the night and got a tiny blood stain on the sheets told the front desk and she goes “that’s the least of our worries around here” so that was incredibly not comforting and we will NEVER stay there again

Grab and go breakfast very limited. I was never told the total of my amount before being charged. Room is big but older property so not the tidiest of places.
