After a long day of work or play, unwind and relax in this cozy space. Awake refreshed and ready to explore everything the desert has to offer, or spend the night out on the town in Old-Town Scottsdale or downtown Phoenix. This property is centrally located about a 15-minute drive from Scottsdale or downtown Phoenix/Sky Harbor Airport. The fully equipped kitchen will come in handy if you enjoy cooking or simply want to save money on eating out. The space This is a studio-style guesthouse. Implying that all rooms are open to one another, with no walls dividing them. The space has a max occupancy of 3 due to sleeping arrangements. The space contains a pull-out sofa/bed, so it can accommodate a third guest comfortably, but there is a daily fee of $20/day for additional guests over two. BEDROOM/LIVING-ROOM \-Queen bed with memory foam mattress. \- Blackout curtains \- 55” smart TV for all your streaming needs. \- Remote-controlled ceiling fan \- Double nightstands with lamps \- Luggage holder \- Alarm Clock (with USB charging) \- Dresser located in closet (with hangers) \- Sleeper pull-out sofa (extra bedding provided upon adding a guest to the reservation). CHECKOUT: It is crucial that our cleaning staff have immediate access to the residence following the departure of guests. Washer and dryer was a pleasant surprise. I loved everything about this apartment. It was off the road, very quiet for being in town. Heat and A/C was spot on. Bed very comfortable.
