  • Newly remodeled gorgeous single-story home on a private corner lot, bright and open, perfect for any family to relax and have an energy-filled vacation. Close to shopping, spring training, ASU, thriving downtown Gilbert, Scottsdale, and everything Phoenix has to offer. Pool, putting green, 3 car garage, large driveway for extra parking. The home has a split floor plan to help separate parents and kids or multiple families.

    If you need a vehicle while in town check out my Turo which can be delivered to you at the airport (Skyharbor or Mesa/Phoenix Gateway) or will be at the home for you! Two vehicle options Tesla Model Y Performance and 2022 Toyota Tundra Hybrid Platinum Edition.

The home is beautiful and well stocked. There are multiple games and activities for people of all ages. The property manager was very responsive and provided valuable advice for attractions and restaurants. The pool was exceptional; warm clean and well kept. Great Place To Stay

If you are looking for a place in a quiet neighborhood yet close to shopping, dining, groceries, etc, this is the place for you. The house is very clean and has a nicely stocked kitchen. The pool is a nice size and heated. The sunshade and umbrellas were much appreciated too. We will definately stay again!

The house is wonderful. It is a quiet neighborhood with stores and restaurants around the corner. It was perfect for our family. It is well stocked with everything one needs. When we return to Gilbert, we will definitely stay there.

Great Gilbert Getaway

This property was perfect for our family. The location is ideal, very close to San tan Village and lots of other shopping. Also, lots of fun things close by. The house is super comfortable, very clean in a nice quiet neighborhood. We have grandkids not far away so we were able to have a family pizza night outside with swimming. Truly a very well layed out floor plan with comfort and privacy. Wish we had been visiting longer but maybe next time! Highly recommend

Early Christmas in Gilbert

This vacation home was as close to perfect for our group as we had hoped. My husband and I travelled with our two dogs, a 1 year old who loves to swim, and our three adult children. The house had everything we needed and a lot of space for the dogs to run and all of us to enjoy the space. It was close to a park, which we walked to twice a day, and shopping and groceries! It was nice to have a car to enjoy this spot. A very quiet space to relax!!

Great home and even better host

This home was great and overall we had an exceptional time staying there. The house has everything you need and the pool was the highlight. We spent most days outside enjoying the amenities. Michael, the host, was really cool. Great communications and super easy to work with. His house is staying at the top of our Gilbert VRBO rental list. The location is near everything you might need and is super convenient. Our daughter LOVED the video games in the house. Loved our time there.

Michael’s rental was very clean and nice. There were games for the adults and young people to play. The pool was well, taken care of and clean. Michael even bought floats prior to our arrival. He responded to our texts immediately. He came to the rental and hooked up the grill and cleaned it for us. Michael genuinely cared that we had a pleasant stay and had everything that we needed. I am looking forward to next year staying at Michael’s place again. I highly recommend Michael’s Rental.
