About this property

Cozy 1 bedroom/1 Bathroom with large living room & kitchen.

  • The condo is very quiet and located on the fourth floor. There is an elevator in each building. Our unit is Building #5 and it is in the front of the development off the Parkway where the gates to the community are located. Easy to find condo and parking spot for renter. It is renter ready. Furniture, bedding dishes, etc are included.
    There are 5-6 pools on the property. The landscape is well taken care of and provides plenty of beautiful landscaped areas. There is a golf course, Stonecreek, that borders the condominium development. There are many restaurants close by and is in a mixed use area. The condo location is convenient to Northeast Phoenix and West Scottsdale. Paradise Valley Mall is across the street. There are 2 freeways close by and easy to access. Also, hiking trails in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve are 7 minutes away.
