This spacious home features five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and two half baths, ensuring privacy for everyone. With two great rooms and an upper-level balcony offering stunning views of Camelback Mountain, it's designed for relaxation and fun. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a commercial stove/oven, spice rack, and all essential condiments.
Enjoy the backyard oasis with a gas-heated swimming pool, grill, sun chairs, dining table, built-in benches, and games for outdoor enjoyment.

Bedroom Layout:
- 1st Floor: Two king bedrooms, each with a full bathroom.
- 2nd Floor: One room with a bunk bed (full over full) and a twin trundle, sleeping five with a private bath. Another room with a bunk (full over full) and twin trundle, also sleeping five. A third room with two full beds for four. The last two rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

Garage Amenities include double basketball, life-size Connect Four, and Jenga, along with six adult bikes and three mini bikes, helmets included. One parking spot is available.

1st Floor Highlights feature a cozy living area with a fireplace, booth seating, and a coffee bar with six stools—ideal for remote work. The large kitchen/dining area connects to the backyard via pocket doors.

2nd Floor Features include a great room with two TVs, a Blitz arcade game, bar tables, and a balcony with seating facing Camelback Mountain. A laundry room and half bath add convenience.

Pool heating is available for $65/day, set to 85°F. Please request pool heat at least 72 hours in advance. If it’s requested within 72 hours of check-in, a one-time $85 convenience charge will apply. This home blends comfort, style, and entertainment for an unforgettable stay!

Medical school graduation celebration

This house and the host were absolutely perfect for our gathering. The listing for the property doesn't even begin to capture how wonderful this house is and all the amenities that come with it. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, the well-equipped kitchen, and the cozy living areas exceeded our expectations. We would rent from this host again without hesitation. In fact, we've already discussed the possibility of renting this house again for a class reunion in a few years. The location was ideal, providing a peaceful and comfortable setting for us to relax and reconnect. Thank you so much for providing such a perfect place for us to reflect on our years as medical students and celebrate our graduation. This house truly made our gathering special and memorable. Wonderful house

Everything about this house was perfect. The house was made for entertaining and creating a fantastic experience for your trip. Everything in the house was clean and comfortable; not second hand items like you see in some vacation rentals. Communication with the host was clear, consistent, and fast. We couldn’t have asked for anything better than this.
