The pool is available year round with heating, a water feature and sun lounging chairs & towels laid out throughout the private backyard. We invite you take in the views and make yourself at home! This absolutely gorgeous 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home was designed to entertain! Plenty of areas to enjoy the stunning views of beautiful Piestewa Peak. Covered patio with a built-in BBQ, wine cooler, lounge area and TV. A fully remodeled desert oasis, right around the corner from the Biltmore Fashion Park and the growing list of excellent uptown Phoenix restaurants. Minutes away from several Paradise Valley Golf Courses. The pool is serviced all year for our guests to use as they please! If you would like for the pool to be heated for your stay please notify us in within at least 24 hours of your check-in, this is an additional $100 daily. We are only able to accommodate pool heat requests if it is for the entire duration of the stay and with a minimum of a 3-night reservation. A $150 trip charge will be applied on top of the pool heat fee should the request be received on the day of check-in or when the trip has already commenced. Please note that the heating unit at this property is heat pump. The heat pump will only heat this pool ten degrees higher than the ambient air temperature. The location was great to all sorts of great restaurants and shopping. You were able to walk to the Piestewa Peak trailhead, which was great and a beautiful hike! The pool and backyard were so great and even though the weather was on the cooler side, it was perfect to lounge and sun along with our dogs that joined us. We cooked a great dinner the first night on the patio and enjoyed watching the late night hikers move up and down by the glow of their headlamps. The backyard was nicely done and lots of room. Because of the heat, we didn't spend too much time outside, but did as much as possible. Kitchen was well stocked with needed items. My only suggestion would be maybe more flatware? We just had to hand wash more often, which was fine. Also, maybe have extra towels, but these are minor issues. While the house appears to have been recently remodeled, the quality of workmanship falls short. For example, the flooring doesn't seem to be properly installed, the master bathroom shower door opens awkwardly into the toilet, and drainage is slow.There are also several functional issues that impacted our stay. The washer and dryer doors are positioned in a way that makes it difficult to transfer laundry. The outdoor area is especially worn—lounge chairs are broken and can't be adjusted, the outdoor couch is heavily stained, and the pebble-finish patio is delaminating, making it uncomfortable to walk on barefoot.The location is nice overall, but it's situated just off a busy street. Be aware that traffic moves quickly, so extra caution is needed when entering or exiting the property.One thing to note—while the listing mentions a “heated” pool, that only applies if you specifically request it and pay an extra (and rather steep) fee.
