We may cooperate with any investigation of alleged criminal activity that occurred at the Property during your stay. \_\_\_\_\_\_Parking and auto liability. The renters are solely responsible for any loss or damage that occurs to vehicles on premises during the rental period. By parking on premises, they agree that they do so at their own risk. Renters must not park leaking vehicles in the driveway or block driveways or gates of neighbors. \_\_\_\_\_\_Check in/Out: Renter agrees to not check in earlier than 3 PM unless previously discussed with record. \_\_\_\_\_\_Renter agrees to check out before 11 AM unless previously discussed with record. Communication with the host was good. However, the pictures on the listings must have been from when it first hit the Vrbo site. I was most excited for the outside areas. All of the poolside lounge chairs were broken, the couch looked muddy and stained, there was only remnants of 1 of the hammocks which consisted of a 6-inch piece hanging from a hook, the other was not there.The interior at first glance was much better, but there were small issues, small holes in the couch, a couple stools with broken parts but expected in a rental.I was sent a message on the day of my rental that the dishwasher was broken and to not use it, repairs had been scheduled. I understood. The second day we were there we received a knock on the door. It was a repair man. I understood, reached out to the host for the lack of notice. I was told the repairs were scheduled for after we left and he came early. We spoke to the repair man while he was there and he advised us that he also came the first day while we were out for food, he let himself in. The windows in the front of the house would not close. We were not able to lock.We also had an issue with the front door lock but it was manageable. This property was good for my needs but made my family feel insecure. The complete opposite of what I was hoping for. ##### Christopher H. The desert decor was what caught my attention and the online pics were pretty accurate. We enjoyed the grill, pool, and kitchen as well as the pet friendly space for our French bulldog. The swimming pool was very clean and gated for anyone with small kids. The neighbor was very quiet and peaceful. The house is close to the freeway which was nice. Lots of little pleasant surprises. Neighborhood is okay. Location is great. Cleanliness of the house is mostly good. Front yard view is very pleasant. Backyard is pretty good too, some little things could use some TLC. Inside the house: - Great Decorations/Style - Great Kitchen - Amazing Beds/Mattresses - Good thick toilet paper - All TV's around the house have most of the entertainment apps logged in so you don't need to worry about logging in with your credentials. - Laundry room/appliances need major update. - Bathrooms need minor updates. - Doors into rooms/bathrooms and cabinet doors need some maintenance but still usable. (We notified the owners and they said they'll fix it). I would come back there again if I couldn't find anything better. ##### Vladimir Y. There were five adults staying at the house. The house itself is a little quirky but it seem to work. There are only one closet for hanging things in the house. The outdoor area around the pool could have use some cleaning up, the outdoor furniture needs replaced, the pool is unheeded and in February was very cold for swimming. That should be noted in the listing I think. The fire pit area and covered outdoor seating was nice. The washer and dryer were very old and kind of dirty looking . The house has no lamps in it only overhead lighting in the bedrooms the living room was small but comfy. The location and neighborhood that it was in wasn’t particularly centrally located but we made it work. Overall our stay there was just OK we probably wouldn’t come back to this house again unless the pool is heated. ##### kimberly R.
