This classic New Home is in the North Peoria area near Lake Pleasant. It is near Trilogy Golf Course and many others. It is 35 minutes from Cave Creek, a true Southwestern vacation experience. Plenty of privacy yet very close to Freeways. Living Room, full gourmet kitchen with all appliances. 3 bedrooms appointed with western armories and dresser and new luxurious California King Bed and twin in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom is a rich Hampton Pecan Bedroom with walk in closet and bathroom with tub and shower. Living Room TV , KARAOKE and DVD.
