The back yard has heated private pool (additional fee to heat), covered patio, putting green, and courtyard with an outdoor fireplace. In a gated golf course community with miles of trails for hiking and biking. Safeway, Walgreens, Starbucks, and restaurants are minutes away. Conveniently located 40 minutes to Phoenix airport, 20 to Glendale, and Peoria, and 60 minutes to Scottsdale. Very close to the Phoenix Raceway also. House was just purchased and outfitted with brand new furniture and TV's. If you are looking to stay in Goodyear, look no further then this property! Excellent location in Estrella, with dining options right in the community. The heated pool was perfect, my daughter spent the whole week swimming like a fish. Home was well appointed and clean. Hosts were great, easy to communicate with! The kitchen is amazing with great appliances and plenty of eating space. The outdoor area is perfect with a gorgeous pool, grill and putting green. The bedrooms were comfortable and we especially appreciated the cozy throws throughout the house. The owners were quick to respond to questions and very willing to help. The location, amenities and cleanliness surpass our other experiences. Why Dawn is not a classified a “Super Host”, we don’t understand. Her communication with us was fantastic. Even though the location is situated in the middle of a quiet golf course community, the backyard privacy fence and window sight lines, gave us the illusion of being totally alone. Dawn was an awesome host and answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. And if you’re considering a location in the Goodyear area, either to watch Cactus League MLB games or to participate in the many other AZ outdoor activities, I’d strongly recommend putting this rental at the top of your list. ##### Douglas D.
