From booking, pre-arrival/arrival and throughout our stay, the Cadaci team did a fantastic job! The home was everything the post stated and more! Very clean, well-stocked and beautifully done. The yard was amazing and location was perfect! We’ll be renting again as it would work great for our family gatherings! The property is in a great location—near 101, many shopping centers, and baseball fields. The house is super clean and well appointed with everything you need. The only downfall was the master bedroom gets warm while the other parts of the house is very cool. Temp outside during our stay was 100-105\. The pool was nice and refreshing. The house was so beautiful and stocked with everything needed. Peoria Az is a beautiful town. Property manager was helpful and quick to respond to any requests. A+ ##### Rita G. As a newly listed vacation rental, this property had no reviews when we choose to book our stay. So glad we took that chance. The photos represent the place very accurately! It is quite spacious indoors and the outdoor space is a notch above any other place we have stayed in the area. We visit annually for Spring Break or Easter to see an elderly family member who lives in the area. We have two families that come from different places. The location was ideal for us and would also be perfect for families visiting for Spring Training games or other sporting events. We didn't have small children with our group, this time, but it would have worked well with children. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet with quick access to major roads, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Garage parking was a nice feature we don't always find. Very big house and great for big families! It has everything you need. Quiet neighborhood. It has a nice pool with the gate; which is really helpful if you have a toddler! Communication the owners was really easy. They checked in with us via text throughout the stay; to see if we need anything. My kids really enjoyed the backyard and pool. The check in process was easy and the host was kind enough to offer us early check in. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect.
