Anthem is elevated above the Phoenix valley at 1863 feet which allows for fantastic winter weather and slightly cooler temperatures in the summer. This house was perfect for our stay in Arizona. The casita was a plus as we had friends come stay in it and they were very delighted with the privacy. The house is super easy to keep clean and well stocked with everything we needed from kitchen utensils to bath towels. The fenced backyard was great as we brought our 2 dogs and they loved exploring and spying the animals in the desert behind the house. This house is close to many supermarkets, gas stations, hardware stores and many restaurants and coffee shops. The neighborhood is very quiet and we met a couple of the neighbors who were very nice.
