Outside, enjoy Arizona living on your private covered patio with an extended pergola, ceiling fans, paver seating areas, and low-maintenance desert landscaping—perfect for morning coffee or sunset dinners.  
  
As a guest, you’ll enjoy full access to Trilogy’s world-class amenities with your HOA-issued resident badge: a resort clubhouse with library, billiards, art studios, and event spaces; a state-of-the-art fitness center; a heated lap pool plus leisure pool and spa; 8 pickleball courts, 4 tennis courts, 4 bocce courts, horseshoes, and walking trails. Lease details: Trilogy requires a 30-night minimum stay. At least one resident must be 55+, and no occupants under 18 are permitted. The home may be rented furnished or unfurnished.
