From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary! Beautiful place, but needs a little TLC. Communication with the property manager was top-notch—she was fantastic to work with. The home itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential, though it could use a bit of TLC.During our stay, the master shower leaked into the bedroom below, so we avoided using it for the remainder of the trip. The other main-level shower had a very loose faucet, making it tough to regulate the water temperature. That left us with just one working shower in the basement.The outdoor space was lovely, with a great pool, relaxing hot tub, and well-maintained landscaping. That said, some of the outdoor furniture was too worn or uncomfortable to use, and the neighboring homes were quite close.Overall, it's a beautiful property—and with just a few small fixes, this could have easily been a 5-star stay. ##### Lindsey M. The house is dated and needs LOTS of maintenance. The furniture is from the 50’s with VERY low back chairs. One of our toilets was broken the entire visit and host said it would be fixed while check in. The bedroom wall electrical plugs are so worn that your cords fall out of the wall. One of the stair treads is loose. The pool, hot tub and pool table were a bonus. The house needs to be cleaned better because you could write your name on the grease of the stove top.
