It was a great stay for the price. Only thing was our fridge didn’t work, called it in, still did not work and called one more time before check out so we were not blamed for it. Perhaps upgrade to new appliances. Rooms were quiet so slept well especially with blackout curtains.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! The hotel is beautiful and clean, will definitely stay here again! And the breakfast in the mornings were so good!! Such a variety of options! Loved our stay here. Definitely family friendly!

We felt very safe at this hotel. The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and nice. Ample parking. Breakfast selections were varied and appreciated.
We will go back to this hotel when we return to this area.

Was looking for room for 5 person family and this was good without having to get 2 rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms well worn. The trundle bed option is a cool idea but mattress not clean. Sink was slow to drain due previous customers accumulation of hair and soap. Cleaned out the drain myself. I thought it would be too much if a hassle to have a plumber come out to check drain since the hotel was full. Breakfast was good. Basic scrambled eggs and DIY waffles. Nice fruit selection of bananas and oranges. Staff constantly filling food.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great and the double hide-a-bed sofa allowed for plenty of space for everyone. My only complaint is that there weren't a lot of protein options available for breakfast.

Great hotel in perfect location. Stayed with 2 kiddos under 9yrs old. Kids loved the waffle maker for breakfast and the heated pool.
Room was clean and hotel staff was very friendly.
Definitely would stay at this property again. Loved the location of the hotel and was able to walk to stores.
Only thing I would recommend would be a longer shower curtain so water doesn’t leak onto the floor.

Nice staff, rather quiet location, good breakfast selection, and beds were very comfortable. The $15 parking fee per night was absolutely outrageous. It isn't even in a "city" location with limited parking.

Property was great. Did have a wet carpet initially when we first arrived but staff believe it was shampooed prior and didn’t dry. I would really like breakfast time to be extended and lastly, it would be great to have an electric car charging port for all vehicle types. So I got a room for my best friend and her son for her birthday. It was a one night stay. my best friend had called me and told me that she just needed to put a card on file for $20 for incidentals and my best friend forgot her card and I forgot to tell her so she said tge manager upfront just had such an attitude with her and she felt bad so she asked me if I can go over there and I was getting off work so I went in And totally felt the attitude from that manager She made me not even want to check in .. I was charged twice for the incidentals because the first time I was charged in correctly was told they will run 20 and then run 20 again because they didn’t put the 20 under incidentals all together I was charge 41 not sure where the extra dollar charge came from. Then I find out the room that was given to me the tv didn’t work and when I called they said they had to put an order .. never had anyone come to fix the tv .. this was a gift to my best friend for her birthday and she did not feel comfortable hope the
