Warning: Dont ever make a mistake with your reservations!!!
I'm extremely disappointed. I booked a room for 2 nights for a birthday surprise, and accidentally clicked on the wrong dates, so I never checked in on the first day, and I stayed for my originally planned 2 days. Unbeknownst to me, I was charged for all 3 days, even though I didn't check in on Tuesday (because I worked 16 hours that day, and had no idea I clicked the wrong date), until I checked my bank.
This is the 3rd time I've stayed there, and it will be my last. I will make sure my fellow business owners do not stay there either. I didn't receive a courtesy call and showed up to check in on Wednesday (my original start date).
They weren't that busy on Tuesday, and they should have refunded me because it was a complete mistake on my part, and I still stayed my original next few days.
This is disappointing to me. I'm not happy at all with what happened. I was planning on staying again for my son's birthday, but I will now go to another resort and spend my money, where staff is actually considerate of the situation, and I'm not just told by management that they couldn't sell the room... especially when there were plenty of rooms available.
This could easily have been taken care of and made right, especially since I never stayed or checked in on Tuesday. But since this was handled so poorly, you have lost more than one customer because of it
