Phnom Penh has changed so much so fast, yet this lovely hotel continues to impress. Stylish architecture, immaculate rooms, beautiful pool and generous gourmet breakfast. A pleasure to see many of the same staff continuing to provide friendly and accommodating service. Very big comfortable room with large balcony and comfy chairs. Fridge and kettle in room. Tasty breakfast served by smiling attentive staff. In a good area with bars and restaurants just a short walk. No lift but help available for luggage so not a problem. Would definitely stay again. Nice pool. Great location for Street 51, Palace and the riverfront. Wonderful staff, happy to help, breakfast was decent, reasonably priced. I didn't use the pool because the weather was quite cold but it looked clean and a nice space.
