Well it is not across from the embassy it is 500 or more meters down the street. This is a high priced hotel with some very nice features but not set up if you have children....no extra bed, swimming pool is 1.3 to 1.4 meters deep and it is cold because it is shaded and no kids pool. We got free breakfast with our room and all the food was for Chinese and very greasy. My Cambodian wife only ate the boiled rice and fruit and my daughter only ate some bread and fruit. I asked if they could make me some scrambled eggs and I got 2 eggs sunnyside up. They had some croissants that were the worst tasting croissants that I have ever had. We looked at the menu to see if we wanted dinner and when I saw that starters were $18 to $24 US we decided to go somewhere else. This would be a good hotel for couples who like to spend money as the rooms are quite fancy. It was undergoing a massive refurbishment which meant from 0700 to 1800 daily the sounds of grinding and drilling were present. In addition, a new building as being constructed just outside my window with construction noise being constant. The rooms had a complete lack of natural light.
