Nice hotel centrally located

Clean and comfortable with friendly staff
I've stayed at a few 3-to-4 star hotels in PP and this one is my favorite so far. Although the location is set away from common tourist areas, it is relatively quiet, very clean and modern in its decor. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast is on the small side, but the food and coffee are good. The room size is also comparatively large for the price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a medium-end room in PP.

Great staff
This hotel was in a good location for local attractions as well as getting to the the Genocidal museums. The staff here were very nice & helps us with booking various trips we had planned

Located near to the local clubbing area, Epic Club and the newly opened Marque Club. Near Nagaworld Casino too. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel that overlooked a nice park/square. The room was very nice and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was roomy and very clean. I/we would use this hotel again and recommend it.

Good Location, Great View
I booked a Junior Suite but was upgraded to a Superior Suite. The room was spacious and comfortable and the balcony had an excellent view of the river.

Deluxe Double Balcony Room not 35 m2, it's 24 m2
I booked the deluxe Double Balcony Room listed as 35 m2 on hotels.com, but when I measured the room, including the balcony, it's only 24 m2. The room was spacious enough at that size, no need to embellish it up to 35 m2. The bed was unique in that it had a canopy. The balcony was too small to be useful though, just a place to put the external fans of the AC. Speaking of the AC, I turned it on full blast at the coldest setting, but was not strong enough to cool the room. I had to be naked in the room, just to maintain a cool temperature. The employee took a look at the AC unit, but since it's blowing cold air, he deemed it was working properly. The AC unit does blow cold air, but is not strong enough too cool the room. They really should get it fixed. This is room 202. The second time I complained about the AC they offered me another room. At night time, they close the gates, so you have to ring a buzzer to wake up the night shift employee to open the door for you.

moved after the first night of 19 planned the hotel was along way from where i neede to be and was not as shonen on the web site . sorry but can't say too much good about he whole ordeal, even the cancellation that i understood was lost an extra day ummm try 4 days lost in the refund . very por business .

Nice Room to Sleep, Bad Neighbors to Disturb!
The hotel is overall a value for money. But the flow of water in the bathroom on level 4 seems like some "drops of water"...neither possible to get shower nor possible to wash hand/mouth. Overall, it seems like a very large room with all amenities without water supply in the bathroom! This is a serious issue needs to be sorted. At night, the tuk-tuk drivers in front of the hotel are very disturbing and pushing.

Short stay 5 nights were made welcome by the staff who were very polite, considerate and eager to please. However my room faced onto the busy street traffic noise caused some discomfort but on the whole it was a pleasant stay.

Very nicely priced hotel with excellent customer service. We were upgraded on arrival and they also made good arrangements for bus to Siem Reap and city tour in Phnom Penh.

disappointing for the price we paid
Staff were nice and friendly, but hotel lighting is dim yellow lights - drives me insane. Don't see why they don't have white light. Table lamp light was flickering, could be dangerous so didn't end up using it. They didn't fix it, said it was OK. Photos of the rooms online looked better than it actually was, that's why we purchased a room there. The free breakfast had flies and ants in them especially the noodle dishes, twice i've ordered it and twice I had bugs in them - i ordered the western dishes like omelette and croissants to avoid bugs in my dishes.

Average location, over priced, weak air con. No working generator when power grid fails. I wouldn't stay here again. Was told I could exchange currency at reception and was quoted an extortionate exchange rate.

Worst and Lousy hotel with spoilt aircon.
It is probably a worst stay in oversea hotel I had ever stay in. We had stay in 2 rooms for 2 nights. We have told the reception that our room is very warm and aircon is not cold for both room. They had move us from 1 rooms to another room and we find out that only 1 room is cold. And end up my parent and cramp up into my room because their room is not cold also. We only use one room and did not use another room due to no room available with aircon. They should service all their room air-conditioning. The breakfast is lousy and cannot eat. I never believe this is 3 stars. I probably said no star at all. It is the worst experience for my family.

The first room was so noisy it is near the main street then after we relocated to the inside room, the condition has improved.We like the view of our balcony room but it appears the window and door's sealing are not that good.

No Window!
There was no mention of the Room not having a window on the website I used to book this accommodation and I believe that is false advertising . The room lacked quite a few Facilities I have found in cheaper Backpacker Guest Houses in Asia - very poor lighting- no bench for suit cases etc . Drinks & dinner at the pleasant Roof top Bar were spoilt by more Poorly worded signage advertising 2 Drinks for 1 - proved to be for Cocktails Only - even tho white & red Wines were mentioned on the same board & I had ordered 3 wines! The resultant discussion was not necessary if it had been more carefully worded .

nice location
close enough to the royal palace, away from the regular Western tourist area, which is on the other side of the Palace. Note well: ALL single rooms have NO window. If you want a window you must get a room with a window. O- bits was able to upgrade my room with no problem. I have found the 'no window' situation in other Asian countries also. Singapore and other cities in Cambodia. Had a nice quiet room. Then after noticing a leak in the ceiling from the room above, they moved me to a more expensive room. EXCEPT it was on the 3rd fl facing the street. Noisy [celebration outside], and the 4th floor has the dining area and bar. So for those of us that go to sleep early, the scraping of the chairs and other noise went on late into the nite.

Not much like the pictures
This hotel was clean and relatively comfortbale. However, it looks nothing like the pictures. We were upgraded to a room with a window.. I would have hated to see a room without one. Our room was dark and a little depressing to spend any time in during the day. However, everything was clean which is the main thing. The staff were quite helpful and friendly.

It was difficult to lock my room and I often need help from the staff, it could be a bit noisy at night on weekends with a night club opposite to the hotel. But generally, the room is still comfortable.

You'll be happier someplace else
Even by Phnom Penh standards this place is lackluster. The neighborhood is a red light district at night. The rooftop bar...good luck getting the "bartender" off of his cellphone. My room was a lego brick with zero natural light. And it is not a quiet place at all. Way overpriced for what you're in for. You may not think it but the OKAY Guesthouse is twice as nice for half of what the Royal Inn charges. And it's in a much less creepy place.

Stayed there for 5 nights everything are good except for Wifi, when it is not working have to inform the staff to reset their router.

I wanted to check out the hotel and the so called manager told me off that I checked in 2 hours early. He was very rude. The standard room is without window. So I upgraded the room to deluxe, which has balcany. The location is okay but not central. I would not stay in this hotel again.
