The hotel is on a calm street and feels very safe to walk around after dark, just watch traffic as you cross the street. The hotel restaurant has good food and a friendly staff. There are taxies of one kind or another as soon as you walk out the door, making it easy to go to other parts of the city. My lady and I plan to stay at Mito Hotel the next time we go to Phnom Penh. The hotel wifi is good and Google Maps works well. In the four days there we only left the area once because there are so many nice places to go to in a two to eight street range of the hotel, even a movie theater. They just giggled and worked on their play list. Thev played the same songs over and over. Even when there were only 4 customers, and there was 5 on staff we had to repeatedly get up to ask to place an order, to bring condiments, and for our bill.
