They always pick you up at the airport, which is great after a long full day of traveling. The hotel is a lovely small boutique hotel in a gated residential neighborhood near the airport. The decor is is beautiful with dark woods and a French Indochina feel. The staff are wonderful, and the service standard very high - it feels like they are there only for you (it is a small hotel after all). The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. Both the classic room and business class room are very nice, with individual A/C units (important in Cambodia). We only stayed the one night and arrived later than expected due to late arrival at airport only to find the staff waiting for us. We were treated with the very best service and nothing was a problem. We loved the decor and furnishings, along with the piece and quiet you would expect. I would stay again anytime. The room is very comfort and clean. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. They helped me booked the car in the morning for my business meeting. I have breakfast and dinner in the hotel, the food are very good too. Highly recommended family/business stay in this hotel. Good boutique hotel design. Drinks and snacks were outrageously priced. 15 dollars for a 1/3 bottle of wine, type you would get on an aircraft. Lots of kowtowing at the door but little practical help. Polite staff, certainly but not very helpful with local knowledge. The bed in my room broke, leg snapped off. The shower door was stuck on the floor, badly installed.
