Apparently we were going on a hunt to find a clean room. After seeing rooms with bloody sheets, blood and mold on the walls, cockroaches/ other insects and an unbearable smell of rot, the receptionist gave up. They told me it was not possible to give me a clean room, nor to give me my money back, and send me away.
