Staff are very nice and it's two blocks from the riverside with nice restaurants and bars and markets à few blocks away. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The rooms can be noisy if facing the street but earplugs helped with that. We stayed three nights in a tight three single bed room. The shower was just on the wall in the bathroom but that wasn't a big deal. After we came back to town from Siam Reap the owner put us in a larger three single bed room and it had a tub and shower. We were quite comfortable. For the price it was a great deal.
