This was a great hotel! Very clean, super friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was so good. The location is great- half way between royal palace and genocide muesem. We only stayed for two nights/one day so didn’t get to know Phnom Penh that well, but the hotel is in a better part of town, close to the central park and decent restaurants. PROS= close to restaurants and shops in BKK. Also, the staff are helpful. CONS=Noisy construction nearby. Also, I had conference call during my stay but found that the hotel cannot transfer calls to your room as their phone system is internal. They have 2 cell phones to receive external calls— so not great for work.
