Comfortable & Cozy Getaway on Casco Bay

Nestled in the quintessential Maine fishing village "The Nest" is a comfortable, tasteful and inviting property and place to call home.   
Directly attached/shared thin wall  - (The shared wall has  locked door and 2 shudder windows that are open when the unit is not rented but closed for privacy during rentals) -  to the East Village Art Gallery and just a minutes walk to a Cat Cove, a great swimming hole,  the location is convenient to all area amenities.
The Gallery has usage throughout the day, mostly on the second floor from 10AM-3PM, but if in the unit during the day parties will hear interactions on the other side. We welcome renters to visit and walk through the gallery at anytime! 

In addition to the Nest itself, guests have access to "The Store", our community& event center with a nautical library, decks & a great dock.

Great neighborhood, sweet space
When I first saw this listing, there was only one review & it wasn't great. Fortunately I realize that people have different standards & paid little attention to it. This space is so lovely &, though not much separates the room from the studio/gallery space attached, the owners are quite respectful of privacy & were very helpful when we were too techno-challenged to open the door initially. The front porch is a tranquil place to sit & look out over the cove & the neighborhood was quiet enough that this rural girl could sleep well at night. We will definitely go back!

Needs attention
A bit dusty, furniture falling apart, no dresser to put things away for a multiple day stay, no way to get the television functioning with anything other than Apple TV, and absolutely the worst at communicating with us from the very start. I had to ask over and over for instructions to get in, where the key was, WiFi password, etc. We have no reason to go back.
