"We had a wonderful visit July 26th-28th. Check in was so easy. We stayed in the flamingo. The flamingo is so cute and charming. We had a wonderful time just relaxing and fishing off the dock with the grandkids. We love the kayaks. Tiny village is the perfect place for a little getaway and we can’t wait to book again."

"Debra was kind & responsive. She provided us with a few things we had forgotten. The property is in a nice neighborhood. The part of the house she rents out is a tight space for us, a family of 3 with 2 dogs. Fortunately, we were only there for 2 nights. At times, I would get hot & feel claustrophobic cause you do not have control of the thermostat. She did lower the AC at times but we had to keep both ceiling fans in each room on high which would make us sneeze & cough. Both ceiling fans & several other things were dusty. Each room is carpeted as well. Her pool area is nice & appeared clean. Our son enjoyed it. She set up the lights so we could go swimming at night. I would recommend this spot for a quick trip through Cape Coral. I would go back for 1 overnight stay. 655r"

"Great views all around the property! A little slice of upper captiva paradise. Very private and unique. Land is very pristine and the fish and wildlife appear super healthy. A boater’s and nature lover’s paradise! Saw tons of dolphins in families with babies and lots of manatees too. The bed by the way was so comfortable I want the mattress at my own home lol"

"We were not sure what to expect but were delightfully surprised that everything was as presented. The first thing that hit was the cleanliness of the room. The outside area provided a peaceful, relaxing space. Close to everything. Fishing was on point. We will return. Even the dogs loved it!"

"Fun times in Florida with family at Eagles Nest. A. What we loved:On the water-kayaking, fishing (not much catching, sadly), the pool, and sunsets. What else we loved: family game nights in the comfy game room, nature sights - manatees 2x, variety of birds including owls & egrets, and fish, and local jaunts to resteraunts and beaches for shelling. We had fun feeding the tank fish-thank you Would highly reccomend for a relaxing restful retreat. Thank you for hosting us!"
