"Parking was good. Staff was friendly. Room was messy, bed skirt was on 75% of the bed, other not even on/under mattress. Mattress very uncomfortable. Room smell like weed and smoke. Bathroom unclean. Sink dirty. First time and last time staying there. "

"The hotel was very nice. Our room was exceptionally nice other than the bathroom sink faucet was in need of repair. For some reason the bar was not open that evening, however that was not a worry for us. Good breakfast."

"The hotel is a bit old, the location is alrigh. I’m little surprised that it’s VIP access listed on Expedia, I was hoping it’s a little nicer. I was on 3rd floor and I can hear the fan noise all night, and there are lots of door slamming in the morning. The bathroom leaks whenever I take a shower. The gym is great, it’s above average compared to other hotel gym. "

"The breakfast buffet was top notch, and staff worked hard to keep it stocked and fresh and the dining area tidy. The room was modern and well-appointed, and the beds very comfortable. Parking is in an enclosed ramp connected directly to the hotel--very secure. We didn't get a chance to take a swim or get a workout, but both spaces looked very well kept. I appreciated how easy it was to get on and off the freeway nearby, as well. Would absolutely choose this hotel for any future travel to the area."

"Only one person was checking people in and the line of people was wrapped around the lobby. Our room had thick dust on the lamp and table edges and there was a sock under the bed. No faceial wipes. Convenient place to stay for concerts but expensive for the condition our room was in and the long wait to check in."

"This home fit our needs perfectly for our needs with our family, including our dog. The fenced backyard plus the walkable neighborhood was great for our puppy. The ease of access to the highway for getting to and from multiple places we wanted to visit in Minneapolis and the suburbs was fantastic."
