"We arrived to the property and the back gate was open to the street and debris in the back yard. When entering the property it felt grimy. It has the semblance of being clean but had an overwhelming floral scent. There were multiple broken items throughout the house. The carpet felt crunchy and dirty despite being vacuumed.
