The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s within a 25 min walk to the city center but there are regular buses a block away that go right into the city center which make it super convenient. The hotel gave us a free pass for the bus. It was a breeze going back and forth the 2 days we were there. Also the hotel is walking distance to the main train terminal.

Location beyond perfect!
Front desk: Austrian (chilly but efficient)
Amenities: a refrigerator or minibar in room would be nice...otherwise perfect! Do not miss the graveyard directly behind the property.

Very small room, bathroom has little to no privacy for the rest of the room, very hot even with fan. Wouldn't want to have an extended stay but worked for a brief visit.
Huge plus was coffee machine in the room.

This was by far the most personalized stay we’ve ever had at a hotel. We were personally shown to the room and all amenities were explained. The amazing staff thought of every detail. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg!

"This is a hotel that wants to be a night club. The check in lady was no where to be found and there was confusion about how to check in, until she came. They eventually got us checked in. "An easy 20 minute walk into historic Salzburg, 15 minutes walk from main train station, but bus stop 100m down the road if you opt for public transport to these locations. Helpful staff at front desk. Nil complaints about the room and bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend it, and return. ..."
