  • Typical Provencal villa situated near the world capital of perfume Grasse at 5 km from Peymeinade center. Looking over the bay of Cannes you will enjoy this oasis of quite and peace. Being part of a private condominium ‘Haute Candeou’ you are assured of full privacy.

    A 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom villa with, spacious living & dinning room, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction cooking, dishwasher, fridge and wine fridge), washing and drying machine and a private pool in a big garden including a grill. All bedrooms and living area have AC.

    Lots of interesting things to do for every taste and interest : wine tasting, visit Grasse (world perfume capital), Cannes, Nice and Monaco or any other town of the Cote d’Azur, Gorge du Verdon, Lac the Saint-Cassin with lots of water-sport activities and lots more.
