"Die gebuchte Junior Suite war ein Zweibettzimmer. Wir waren aber vier Personen und davon eine Person mit Rollstuhl. Das uns angebotene Zimmer als ausweich konnten wir nicht erreichen da der Fahrstuhl defekt war. Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption lässt viel zu wünschen übrig."
