They couldn’t be more welcoming and accommodating. Daughter had wedding at upwaltham. It was the perfect place to stay for us and all the for the bridesmaids to get ready for the big day. The views are amazing too! Another bonus they have a lovely horsebox coffee bar . Highly recommend staying here. We stayed in barn cottage.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Barn Cottage. The Westerlands office employees were very professional and most helpful and accomodated all our enquires and requests.. Thank you.
I stayed at the Barn Cottage with my parents (in their 70's), my grandmother (100!) and our 2 dogs over the long bank holiday weekend, and the cottage was the perfect setup for us: the downstairs living quarters, bathroom and bedroom were easily accessible for my grandmother, whilst plenty big enough for us all to relax. The garden was ideal for the dogs who enjoyed running around and watching people from the neighbouring campsite passing by, although there were several fantastic dog walking locations nearby, including a neighbouring field where we could throw a ball for them, and Lavington Common, a short drive away.
There was a slight hiccough at check in (hence why I've marked my score down), as I hadn't received the check in details, and initially had issues contacting Antonia via the Vrbo platform, however she managed to contact me and I was soon able to get into the cottage. Moreover, she was very apologetic and called by to make sure everything was ok.
We'd love to go back as it was such a beautiful, peaceful location, and we'd also love to have another meal at the Three Moles pub nearby!
I can't recommend this location enough for a lovely getaway to the English countryside! The area is great and a chance to get away and relax in a beautiful part of Britain.
My friends and I rented the property for a wedding located in Duncton. Antonia was amazingly responsive to any inquiries we had prior and during our stay.
The cottage itself is a converted barn house that has been updated to fit a modern lifestyle. We loved the building and the farm feeling you get when staying there.
The property is a bit out of the way if you are commuting via train arriving in Chichester or Pullborough so renting a car is definitely recommended! Taxis are also available but make sure to coordinate with them prior to arriving during busy season.
Thank you so much Antonia for the lovely time and making our wedding attendance a delightful experience!!
Spacious 3-bed barn conversion in a beautiful area
We had a great experience overall, with the property a great base to explore nearby pubs and local attractions (Petworth, Arundel, South Downs way, coast)
