Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly.
Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!!
No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap!

Good hotel in a good location. Rooms very stuffy as there is no air conditioning and windows cannot be left open due to proximity to Frankfurt airport.

I was checking in near midnight and was definitely tired. Lugging 2 suitcases i went to my designated room after queuing up to check in. Only to find that the key doesn't work and i even heard someone coughing inside the room. I had to go back to the reception with my 2 luggages and the staff realised ...

The hotel room was nice enough although a bit small. A 25Euro charge for breakfast was a bit ridiculous. There is no parking at the hotel, and the adjacent parking garage is 45Euros per day, so plan accordingly.
