"We booked through Expedia who emailed us two days before our stay offering us an upgrade to seaview double room with dinner and breakfast which we agreed to and paid the extra fee. However on arrival there was no seaview room ..the receptionist was very helpful and sorted the meal and breakfast however ..."

"We had an issue with the room not being clean well after a previous guest, who had left rubbish on the window ledge which left our room smelling very bad of rotting fish. The staff were very apologetic, we was given room spray and had a member of staff clear the rubbish but the smell was still there. ..."
