This brand-new 300m2 luxury villa sets the highest standards of luxury and beauty, elegance and ecological simplicity, seclusion, and proximity to modern comforts. It is located in Rezevići, nested in greenery overlooking the Adriatic sea. Because of the villa's southern outlook sunrise and sunset views are equally beautiful.   
Our luxury villa is designed to accommodate the elite traveler with a desire for exceptional style and comfort.  
In more detail the villa comprises:   
3 bedrooms ( 15m2,17m2, 25m2)  
4 bathrooms  
a lounge area at pool level with fully equipped kitchen, HD home theater, fireplace   
and features exclusive amenities such as turkish sauna, steam sauna, an inside (15m2 with 1 m depth) and an outside pool (39m2 with 1.5 m depth)   
Villa also has its own private garage.  
It is easily accessible from the main road.
