This is not a hotel with a lobby or staff on site. You are given your code to get into the building the day of and there is no airport shuttle or luggage storage. The room was clean and there were 3 actual twin beds so that was nice but the decor and furniture are dated. It is very close to the castle so also a plus. One of our beds was extremely loud with very squeaky springs. We were not able to control the ac ourselves so we had to open windows but the street noise is very loud.

My sister and I stayed in this hotel in January 2026. The hotel was big and clean. However, the room was outdated, there were not enough outlets in the room, the shower door only went halfway and caused a mess whenever I took a shower. This is the first time I’ve stayed at a hotel where I had to pay to use the pool even though I was a guest at the hotel. The staff at the front desk and restaurants were nice.

Very good breakfast and dinner. Very nice chateau and surroundings (park etc.). Equipment a bit old. Very noisy from other rooms and corridor, however calm in the night. Very friendly reception staff, however slow and overloaded during check-out.

We had the best stay - its the most beautiful place we have ever stayed in. The house is huge, lovely furnitude and super clean. It has playground for the kids, large pool and a charming fruit garden. Warm hospitality even from the pets :) and nothing was missing. Thank you for a perfect family ...
