Cocoonr offers this charming 160 m² house with sea view, swimming pool and jacuzzi for rent in Petite-Île. It can accommodate up to 8 guests.

It comprises a 39 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 250 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 39 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A bar and billiards area adjacent to the living room
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with king-size bed (180x200)
- Shower room
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with a king-size bed (180x200), a desk and access to a balcony of around 22 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- Bedrooms 3 & 4: each with a queen-size bed
- A bathroom with whirlpool bath and WC
- Patio with library and reading area

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron, pool table.

Outside:
- A swimming pool (private, heated) measuring 3 m x 4 m, open all year round. The pool also has a jacuzzi function with jets. It is equipped with a bubble cover.
- A private, south-facing garden of 250 m² with a terrace equipped with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A second, narrow, north-facing rear garden; it extends right up to the neighbouring window, so please do not enter at its end.

The house is ideally located in Petite-Île, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (two vehicles).

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.

You are responsible for this yourself, or you can book the service at an additional cost (booking and payment to be made with our local partner).
