Has Everything You Need!
This was a nice, quiet place with its own kitchen, bathroom, living area, and bedroom. It has a private entrance so you can come and go as you need. I highly recommend this place.

The Ultimate Location !
Wonderful Hosts!!! The whole experience made me want to move to Petaluma. The kitchen was well stocked, instructions were clear and the hosts (whom we just happened to run into) were so kind. The view of the mountains and the wall home by full moon after an amazing dinner in town was spectacular.

Petaluma apartment
It was a perfect place for our short stay. It is cozy. It is walkable to many places. This was the first time we ever had to do street parking but we found a close spot to park every day.

Great location and awesome hosts!
What we loved most about this place was the fact we could walk to town easily if we took a left at the corner, and we could be off on a scenic run if we took a right. Also, the hosts were AWESOME and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The property is charming and the neighborhood is wonderful. You can't go wrong at this property!

Birthday Gift
I rented the property as a gift of a weekend getaway for my parents. They loved it and couldn't stop talking about how much they enjoyed their time. I also had a super easy time communicating with the owner. I had to change my reservation and it was done by the end of the day with no hiccups. So great to work with. 10/10 would recommend.

Petaluma Apartment Gem!
This garage apartment is perfect for a couple's getaway. The location of the main house is in a beautiful neighborhood and the apartment is nicely separated from the main living quarters. It is appointed with everything you need for a lovely stay, and it is quiet and just secluded enough. We very much enjoyed visiting Napa and wine country during the day and then driving through beautiful countryside to our accommodations. We even enjoyed visiting a cheese factory! Overall, we had a lovely time and the owners were very accommodating and helpful.

Great wine country destination!
My wife and I drank out way through Napa and Sonoma and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Great communication from the owner and we loved their dining recommendations in Petaluma. Outstanding stay. We can't wait to come back. 🍇 🍷

This beautiful, clean, quiet apartment was perfect for a long weekend to attend a wedding on a ranch just outside Petaluma. We had everything we needed and access to both downtown and the countryside was quick and easy. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Finally got to see our grandchildren! Happy 4th of July Loved the apartment, all amenities (including washer and dryer). Quiet neighbourhood, just a short walk to downtown Petaluma. Enjoyed breakfast at Hallie's Diner and Sax's Joint Perfect to 2 people. Looking forward to our next visit!

I loved it so much - I wish I lived here!
This was by far the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed at! The place was spotless! I loved the decor! The bed, pillow and linens were wonderful. The location - superb! Loved the fireplace and the choice of tv channels too. And the Keurig coffee maker. Oh - and the too die for jacuzzi tub easily large enough for two! Walkable to my granddaughters favorite park! So relaxing. beautiful view. Quiet. Didn't see Catherine, but met Steve and he was a great guy. Loved everything about this and will definitely stay here EVERY time we come back to visit our grandchildren in Petaluma!

MCS Sufferers beware!
The apartment is beautiful...EXCEPT that, although the owner claims she doesn't use fragranced cleaning products, as a person who is made very ill by chemical scents this was the WORST experience I've ever had! And that's saying a lot. The clothing I wore while there still stinks even though I have put it through the washer and dryer. I was so sick after the first night we had to leave and forfeit our second night's reservation as well as bear the added expense of finding another room.

I should of went went with my gut feeling and not rented to these guests after their inquiry about smells and then wanting to bring their own sheets and towels. I DON’T use fragranced cleaning products! As I’ve told you, I’m also sensitive to these type of products. I have to use cleaning products to disinfect and sanitize in accordance with the COVID guidelines. I cleaned the apartment after your departure using the same products I always use. FYI, had a hard time getting the wax you spilled out of the tub and had to throw away the fry pan that I couldn't get clean after you used it. You certainly enjoyed the apartment the 1st night you stayed - using the Jacuzzi tub and cooking in the kitchen. I would think if the smell was so bad, why would you of stayed the 1st night? I currently have guests who love the place and they have no smell issues you describe. As I've stressed before, I've had 100's of guests never had this type of a complaint and have had nothing but 5 star reviews. I was closed during covid, Unfortunately you’re the 1st review since my closure.

Great little place.
Garage suite that has almost everything you need. It was over 90 deg when we were there with no A/C and just a little fan. Pretty hot for us! My only real complaint was that someone in the main house left their small dog outside in the extreme heat from 2pm until 6pm barking the whole time. Felt bad for the dog, and it made it real hard to have a siesta.

Great little place!
This was a perfect place for my needs. It’s charming and clean and a great location. Easy to get to and close to town, and had everything we needed. Cat was friendly and responsive, but we still had complete privacy. I would definitely stay here again!

Sweet Place
A perfect little hideaway within walking distance to fabulous Petaluma. As a former VRBO owner, I appreciate a good host, and ours had the place well stocked, with every thoughtful amenity. They immediately answered the couple of texts we had; otherwise, we never saw them. Very private! I read in bed and I might suggest a lamp on the night table - but I took the one from the living room. Will visit again. Excellent value for a charming abode! Thank you.

Quiet and private retreat
We had a great time visiting the wine region and this unit provided easy access to not only Napa and Sonoma, but also a short ride to the Pacific. The property was very quiet and comfy - just what we needed. Cat was helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.

The casita is comfortable, well equipped and Catherine and Steve are great hosts!
The casita is located within walking distance of historic downtown Petaluma, great shopping and dining and a 30 minute drive to Sonoma and Napa. The neighborhood is an eclectic mix of architectural styles and we enjoyed our walks. The casita has everything you need for a very comfortable stay and we enjoyed the gas fireplace on the cool evenings. Cat and Steve are so nice and welcoming. Our vacation was wonderful and we plan to return soon and would definitely stay at their property again.
