"アメニティは何もなく、タオルも使い古した感じで、建物自体もロビーもきれいでなかったのですが、部屋の中はクーラーがキチンと作動し、熱いシャワーのお湯はいつも使え、シーツなど最低限の清潔さが保たれていたので、コストを抑えて寝るだけの部屋を探している人には大丈夫かなと思います。"

"A good stay for a few nights if you’re looking for inexpensive without the frills. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Filtered water dispensers on each floor, and that was a bonus; bottled water also included in the room. It is convenient that the location is in a plaza, which includes laundromats, convenience stores, and restaurants."

"Good place for a short stay"

"Small but comfortable room in a decent location for my needs for this trip"

Hair found at bed sheet when i checked in. Shower towers are DIRTY and SMELLY! I feel terrible scary to use the tower. The shower area are stucked with water, both my feets are flooded with dirty water from shower. The bed is bad, the mattress is curved, and you can “feel” the mattress spring and support. And the bed is...

"Good receptionist service staffs. Azlan has excellent customer service and makes staff feel comfortable. He helped me book a cheap grab car to go to KL city and gave me a wake up call at 5am."

"Good price. It had what I needed, decently clean, has hot water in the shower, wifi is good, and near a lot of restaurants and The Strand mall. Not a bad place I definitely recommend, but just know you do get what you pay for. It is definitely an old building, and things are going to be more run-down than in a 4-star hotel. Also, it didn't bother me too much, but there certainly was a little bit of a fruity/smoke smell in my room depending on the day. I don't think it's the hotel's fault...
