This charming 145 m² house in Peschadoires can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises an attractive 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 90 m² garden. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!

The south-facing accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
- 45 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, dining table...

Second floor:
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: double bed (140x190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

- A beautiful 90 m² south-facing garden, enclosed and not shared, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Peschadoires, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, in a "lieu dit" with very little traffic. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
