Former 18th-century farmhouse.  
Ground floor (6 steps): living room (fireplace, telephone, TV) with kitchenette, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm, 1 baby bed), 1 bedroom (2 single bunk beds), WC, bathroom with shower.  
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 single beds).  
Electric heating.  
Ping pong. 1,000 m² garden with enclosed pond.  
For business guests, housekeeping is mandatory. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park and near the ancient village of La Perrière and the Perche towns of Bellême and Mortagne-au-Perche, a few kilometers from the Sarthe (Mamers), you will recharge your batteries in this gîte on the edge of the forest.  
The owner will be happy to show you around his organic farm.
