Ground floor (6 steps): living room (fireplace, telephone, TV with Orange channels) with kitchenette, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm, 1 cot), 1 bedroom (2 single bunk beds), WC, bathroom with shower.  
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 single beds).  
Electric heating.  
Table tennis. 1000 m² garden with enclosed pond.  
For business travelers, cleaning is mandatory. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park and near the ancient village of La Perrière and the Perche towns of Bellême and Mortagne-au-Perche, a few kilometers from the Sarthe (Mamers), you will recharge your batteries in this cottage on the edge of the forest.  
  
The owner can show you their organic farm.  
  
Bed linen and towels included.
