Felt very safe! except we had trouble getting wifi password and ended up going out to the shop at night to buy something connect to their wifi and call the host for password. Improvements needed- 1. Make a list of WiFi connections details and keep it on kitchen counter or share with email 2. Towels smelled like burnt wood and my kid kept saying not to use the towels 3. "The stay was wonderful! The staff are very attentive (both fluent in Spanish and English) and the cabins are clean with ample space and located directly in front of a magical mountain. There is a jacuzzi and sauna on the grounds as well as a laundry facility free of charge with a reservation with the staff. Breakfast, small fee, was delicious and delivered hot to our cabin. The hotel has a great concierge and transportation to and from airport (for a fee) and travel to nearby cities and tours. "
