However the air conditioning main unit was not working due to infestation by pigeons. This was pure neglect and further hampered by dispute over access. Rachel was very available and helpful. Few recommendations to improve future stays: 1\. correct your Wi-Fi password, the numbers were transposed. 2\. We had no issues cleaning up after ourselves and washing and putting dishes away but the people prior to us only put dishes away, many still had food stuck on them, maybe check to make sure they’re clean when getting the apartment ready for the next person. ##### Valentino T.
