Two story, recently renovated, tastefully decorated, modern, Air conditioned (spit system downstairs and portable in 2 bedrooms), fully furnished home Popular boutique shops - organic food market, cafes and restaurants across the road Three bedrooms Fully equipped kitchen, dining table for six, lounge room, laundry, outdoor setting, BBQ and unlimited internet. This home is perfect for a large family with children or a group of friends exploring Perth's amazing northern beaches. All bedrooms have electronic pin code door locks, wardrobes with drawers. Family room includes surround sound stereo, SMART TV with YouTube, internet etc., couches, massage chair and dining table that seats six. Kitchen with all modern appliances, Dishwasher, large fridge & Freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, gas cooker, crockery, pots, pans and utensils. Two upstairs bathrooms.
