Rooms are very tired, small, dirty and common areas need upgrading, staff manning breakfast/ food area not friendly. We were offered complimentary breakfast only to have it revoked the next morning.

The staff were friendly, place was clean. On day one I needed an early check-in which the duty manager made happen. The room was alot smaller than I thought and I doubt whether the bed was actually a Queen size. Difficult to get breakfast before 7.30am on the weekends.

Quiet and clean room. Perfect for my one night stay. Had everything I needed from hair dryer to coffee pod machine! Room service was fantastic. I would recommend staying here.

We were looked after really well by the reception staff and enjoyed our short stay close to the centre of Perth. You do need to make it clearer about breakfast being included as we didn't know that this was the case. Then we had no idea it finished at 9:00 so missed out anyway.

Great hotel, very comfortable. Just don't buy any of the sandwiches from the grab n go downstairs as they are stale, I bought one last night and couldn't eat it due to it being super stale. Check in staff was fabulous, check out staff rude. Would stay again very comfortable.

Don’t expect any car parking facilities unless you are prepared to pay for it. Very poorly poorly thought out when constructed with limited parking in design. Property not in city center and I would not recommend this property if you are visiting from country area.

Overall very good. Well priced compared to other hotel options, breakfast being included is a plus as well. Clean tidy room, whilst not overly big, perfect for a single night's stay and very tidy.

Good location
Perfect location for what we wanted to do in Perth. Very easy access to Kings Park and the CAT bus network. Room was compact but fine for what we needed.

Great location close to the Purple Cat free bus service to the heart of Perth. Room was smallish and the sink tiny for shaving.

I liked the location near King's Park, though it was a bit off the beaten path. We really did not like the rooms. The first room had just been cleaned and smelled overpoweringly of carpet cleaner spray. The second room was dusty and looked like it had not been used in a while. They were tiny with not even enough room to open the suitcase anywhere but on the bed. The bathroom had a really strange glass design, with glass walls and a heavy glass door that did not open properly. When you took a shower, the whole bathroom got wet. Using the bathroom at night was a real safety hazard with all the heavy glass corners and doors.

The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The room was very cramped. The towel bars had peeling paint. The glass bathroom door hinge did not work properly which made closure a pinch hazard. During the night, I hit my head on the edge of the glass wall separating the shower from the toilet. It is impossible to light the bathroom without waking your partner. The staff said they would come up to help us with the thermostat but never did.
